Questions
What's a blended rate?+
One flat percentage on every card transaction instead of different rates for debit, credit, Amex, international and so on. It makes your costs predictable and your statement readable.
How accurate is the on-screen estimate?+
It's calculated from the total card turnover and total fees on the statement you upload, normalised to a month. Before anything changes we confirm the numbers against a full statement.
Can I keep my POS software?+
Usually yes — we integrate with over 1000 POS systems. Tell us what you use in the notes when you submit and we'll confirm integration before you commit.
